1. Marketplace role

Masee provides a digital marketplace through which eligible customers can discover products and participating local stores. Product availability, fulfilment and delivery can depend on vendor stock and operational conditions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining appropriate control of the mobile number, credentials or verification methods associated with your account.

3. Product information and availability

Prices, images, descriptions, stock and offers are intended to reflect the information available to the marketplace at the time displayed. Availability may change before an order is completed.

4. Orders and payments

An order may be subject to validation, inventory confirmation, payment status, serviceability and marketplace rules. Applicable charges are presented during the ordering flow before confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary because of distance, fulfilment time, traffic, weather, rider availability or other operational conditions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use the marketplace for unlawful purposes.

7. Changes

Features, policies and these terms may be updated where necessary. Continued use after an updated version is published is subject to the then-current terms.
